About Granadas.store

Granadas.store is an independent brand creating handcrafted chess sets, backgammon boards, and 2-in-1 game sets. Our pieces are made by hand in Armenia, in our own workshop, where natural wood and epoxy resin are shaped, poured, and polished into game sets that are as much a piece of craftsmanship as they are a way to play.

Our Workshop

Each Granadas set is built by hand: the wood is selected, cut, and finished, then combined with epoxy resin to create the color, depth, and pattern that make every board unique. Some sets add carved ornamental detailing, others a wireless LED backlight, but the process is the same throughout: traditional woodworking paired with a contemporary material, made piece by piece rather than mass-produced.

Why Handmade

Because no two boards are poured, carved, or finished exactly alike, natural variation in wood grain, resin pattern, and color tone is part of every set we make. We see this as a feature of the craft, not a flaw. It means the set in your home is genuinely one of a kind.

What We Make

Our collection ranges from accessible everyday sets to one-of-a-kind collector pieces: classic wooden backgammon boards, epoxy resin chess sets with LED backlighting, intricately carved designs, and 2-in-1 chess & backgammon sets. Every set is made to be played, collected, gifted, or displayed as a statement piece in the home. Custom designs and engravings are available on request.

Shipping

Every set is made in Armenia and shipped to customers in the United States and internationally. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout based on your destination, so you only pay for delivery to where you are. Our US office is located in Glendale, California.
